Business identity
Insert the registered company name, registration number, registered office, contact email, phone number where required and VAT details. Do not accept orders before this information and the seller's legal obligations are in place.
Product information
Descriptions, photographs, dimensions, performance, range, speed, runtime, charging time and compatibility claims must reflect the actual product. Explain any regional differences and provide the required technical documentation. Never use concept imagery as if it were an exact photograph of a production model.
Orders and payment
Explain when an order is accepted, how price and taxes are displayed, which payment methods are available and how errors are corrected. A checkout must show the final total and delivery terms before the customer commits.
Safety and permitted use
Provide product-specific safety instructions, operating limits and local-use guidance. Terms cannot remove mandatory consumer rights or excuse unlawful conduct. Customers must follow the actual user manual and applicable local laws.
Liability, warranties and disputes
Any limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution and warranty wording must be legally reviewed for the markets served. Do not use a generic clause to override mandatory protections.
Updates
State how changes to terms are published and how changes affect existing orders. Provide an effective date and a record of material revisions.
