Shipping destinations
A future store should list the countries it can serve, any excluded islands or remote areas, delivery charges, taxes, customs treatment and restrictions on shipping lithium batteries. Do not advertise “free shipping worldwide” until carrier routes, dangerous-goods rules and landed costs are confirmed.
Order processing and delivery estimates
Before checkout, show a realistic dispatch estimate and carrier delivery range for the customer's postcode. Explain that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, weather, carrier capacity and remote-area handling. Send tracking details once the carrier has accepted the shipment.
Delivery damage or missing items
Customers should inspect the package on arrival and report visible damage promptly with photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and product. A future policy must explain how to report missing accessories, transit damage or a non-delivered parcel, and must preserve all mandatory consumer rights.
Returns and cancellation
The final policy must explain the statutory cancellation rights applicable in each target country, any exceptions, return window, condition requirements, return address, return shipping costs, refund method and expected processing time. Electric surfboards may have special hygiene, water-use, battery transport or safety considerations, but these must not be used to unlawfully remove consumer rights. Obtain legal advice for the countries served.
Refund processing
State when a refund is initiated, how it is paid and how long the payment provider or bank may take to post it. Clarify how damaged, incomplete or used goods are handled in line with applicable law.
